Position Overview: Business Account Officer
We are seeking a dedicated Business Account Officer to join our Business & Engineering faculty. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with employers, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge strong connections with key industry partners. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for communication regarding key account contracts and will coordinate all programs delivered to our valued employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the college and key employers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote the college's offerings to employers and keep them informed about their employees' progress.
- Coordinate various programs tailored for key account holders, ensuring alignment with employer needs.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is £14,804 - £15,480 per annum (pro rata of £24,345 - £25,457).
Work Schedule: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week.
Employment Type: Permanent.
Annual Leave: 30 days, in addition to bank holidays and a Christmas closure period (pro-rata for part-time).
