Furness College Careers is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Employer Engagement and Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in sales and has a passion for education and training to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders to promote the College's offer and services.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the College's expertise and facilities.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the College's brand and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employers and stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure funding and resources for the College's initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
