Civil Site Manager

Cherry Professional is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Ensure accurate construction drawings are communicated to site teams, and setting out is precise and accurate.
- Progress Management: Effectively influence site progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and work closely with the team to ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to.
- Knowledge Development: Continuously develop industry knowledge and communicate best practice guidance to line managers and relevant staff.
- IMS Management: Maintain Integrated Management System requirements, policies, and procedures.
