Civil Site Manager Job Description

Cherry Professional is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee the management of construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company quality procedures, ensuring that the required quality standards are met.
