Job Summary

Strata Construction Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering designs for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop drainage systems, highway layouts, and S278/S38 schemes.
  • Undertake and/or assist in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements.
  • Conduct concept and detailed civil engineering design.
  • Undertake Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), Surface and Foul Water Drainage Strategies and Design, Sustainable Urban Design Solutions – for basements, public realm, site-wide, to appropriate local planning policies and guidelines, Part L of the Building Regulations and Sewers for Adoption.
  • Develop strong commercial awareness and master planning experience across all sectors, including infrastructure, industrial, and develop master plans for submission to planning.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
