Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the global HSMS framework, aligning with local regulations and ISO 45001.
  • Conduct daily DSE assessments, providing recommendations and support to users who require equipment.
  • Manage the Compliance Tracking system, providing a document management system and reporting mechanism.
  • Support client questionnaires and due diligences.
  • Coordinate and conduct ISO 14001 audits.
  • Report on internal audits across Health and Safety and ISO 14001.
  • Manage the H&S onboarding and induction process.
  • Provide internal training on systems and processes, ensuring training records are up to date.
  • Collate data and report on near misses, incidents, and accidents.
  • Align the Environmental Management System (EMS) globally to support our wider ESG Strategy.

  • Support wider projects and new office openings to ensure relevant documentation is in place, aligning with the HSMS and EMS.
  • Conduct and review risk assessments in alignment with the H&S framework.
  • Be the natural go-to person for H&S issues.
  • Report and escalate risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience of ISO 14001.
  • Health and Safety experience within a professional services company.
  • Previous process and policy management.
  • Efficient and diligent document management.
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory knowledge and understanding in FM, H&S, and Environmental.
  • Excellent administration skills with strong skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IOSH trained.
  • DSE Assessor trained.
  • Internal auditor experience.
  • Willingness to travel where required.
  • Team player.
