This essential position will manage the financial functions within the organization, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations while enhancing efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the finance team to guarantee effective transaction management.
  • Supervise the preparation and evaluation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise financial records and compliance with legal and financial standards.
  • Coordinate and direct the budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Formulate and enforce financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, receivables, payables, cash inflows, cash outflows, and general ledger operations.
  • Assess and analyze departmental workflows to develop more efficient practices while maintaining high accuracy levels.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure annual evaluations are conducted.
  • Provide training and support to both new and existing team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a financial management capacity, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
