Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Engineer to join our team at Safran Seats, a recognized leader in the design and manufacturing of premium First and Business Class seating solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring our Quality Management System is robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on compliance with Part 14 regulations.
  • Safeguard customer interests by ensuring products and practices meet regulatory, customer, and Safran standards, fostering a culture of prevention and anticipation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing factual data and feedback to support all company functions.
  • Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Support the deployment of the Quality Management System through internal audits, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments on quality systems, procedures, and processes, including Quality Assurance implementation.
  • Assist in customer and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, EASA Part 21(G)/21(J), and EASA 145.
  • Provide coaching on quality improvement tools and Human Factors training for Quality Assurance implementation.
  • Prepare audit checklists and conduct both internal and external audits as necessary.
  • Manage audit nonconformity requests effectively.
