The primary objective of this position is to work collaboratively across all divisions of Safran Seats GB to deliver comprehensive support, guidance, and where necessary, personal contributions to enhance and uphold the Safran Seats GB Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emphasize compliance with Part 145 regulations.
- Safeguard customers from quality issues by ensuring that products and practices meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and Safran's quality benchmarks, while fostering a culture of prevention and foresight.
- Propel continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging factual data and feedback, providing essential support across all company functions.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties aligned with business needs and objectives, consistent with the overall purpose of the role.
- Develop and execute an internal audit program to guarantee adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the deployment of the Quality Management System throughout the organization by implementing and monitoring internal audits, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Collaborate with all business areas on matters related to quality systems, procedures, direction, and processes, including the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance.
- Provide assistance during customer and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, EASA Part 21(G)/21(J), and EASA 145 standards.
- Offer coaching on quality enhancement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D), as well as Human Factors training for Quality Assurance implementation across the organization.
- Prepare audit checklists.
- Conduct both internal and external audits as necessary, including process and product audits.
- Manage audit non-conformity requests, including raising, issuing, monitoring, and addressing them.

Job Requirements:
A solid engineering or quality background, with experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with working at all levels, including both internal and external customers.
Ideally, possess AS91000 Assessor qualifications.
Preferably, have EASA Part 145, FAA 145 Auditor, or Internal Audit qualifications (IRCA).
