About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Safran Seats. As a key member of our Quality Management System, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AS9100, EASA Part 21(G)/21(J), and EASA 145.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of prevention and anticipation.
  • Provide coaching on quality improvement tools, including PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D, as well as Human Factors training.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers to ensure process and procedural compliance.
  • Support the deployment of the Quality Management System across the business.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a sound engineering/quality background and experience in Quality inspection within a manufacturing/engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
