With a strong heritage in design, manufacture, and certification of system solutions, we are trusted by major aircraft manufacturers and operate on over 10,000 aircraft worldwide.
Main Responsibilities- Embed quality requirements and customer expectations within the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and process management.
- Guide individuals or teams in quality requirements to improve compliance and process management of the QMS.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of customer and internal requirements, procedures, and processes, and provide training to staff at all levels.
- Elevate management issues affecting airworthiness and quality.
- Manage quality expectations, providing standards, clarity of requirements, investigation, reporting to interested parties, to resolve and prevent quality-related issues.
- Verify sales order acknowledgments and quality requirements.
- Monitor and support the team in continuous improvement to support business KPI performance.
- Identify root causes and analyze quality issues using statistical techniques and tools.
- Establish internal guidelines and standards for performance levels and inspection requirements.
- Support annual training of staff for compulsory courses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality.
- Support production requirements for luminosity, flame, and light transmission testing.
- Act as a deputy for the Senior Quality Engineer when required.
- Hold a qualification in quality discipline, such as C&G 743 Quality Assurance, or IAQA level 4/ONC/HNC Engineering discipline, or a Quality Management Degree or equivalent.
- Utilize Microsoft packages.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 or similar regulatory accreditation requirements.
- Analyze data and translate it into an easily understandable format for team members.
- General knowledge of mechanical and electrical NPI.
- Effective writing and presentation skills.
