We are excited to announce a new opportunity within Supply Chain Coordination Limited for a Business Change Manager to be a pivotal part of our Business Transformation team.

We seek an experienced Business Change Manager to enhance our capabilities and ensure that our change initiatives achieve their intended results. Your expertise in business change management, coupled with your strong communication and relationship-building skills, will be essential in fostering awareness and driving momentum for change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective execution of business change management activities across various projects and initiatives, ensuring that the desired business objectives are met and stakeholders are adequately prepared for transitions.
  • Develop comprehensive business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness plans for business transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, human resources, and communication teams to support overall project goals and facilitate effective communication and implementation strategies.
