Animal Care Receptionist - CVS Group Plc

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our reception team at CVS Group Plc.

Working Hours:

  • 1:30pm - 6:30pm (3 to 4 days a week)
  • Every other Saturday (8:30am - 1pm)

This position will require travel between our various locations, making reliable transportation essential.

As an Animal Care Receptionist, you will deliver a warm, efficient, and professional service to our clients and their pets. The ability to collaborate within a team, even in high-pressure situations, is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a veterinary reception role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing prescription requests.
  • Interacting with clients at the reception area, processing payments, and addressing inquiries.
  • Accurately entering client and pet information into our IT system; strong IT skills are preferred.
  • Performing cleaning duties as required.
