The Project Coordinator/Manager will oversee the project timeline and ensure that all tasks are executed according to the established plan. Projects may encompass various initiatives, including the design and construction of new distribution centers, site conversions, facility enhancements, automation setups, system implementations, IT development, testing, training, and the transition to operational status. This role requires the Project Coordinator/Manager to cultivate relationships with suppliers and team leaders to guide and support a focused delivery team.

In this position, you will collaborate with diverse teams across various expertise. Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans by consolidating inputs from workstream leaders across Build, Automation, IT Infrastructure, IT Systems, Operations, Testing, and Cutover.
- Collaborate with automation providers, construction teams, IT developers, operations staff, and testing teams to create optimal project schedules and installation sequences.
- Organize and conduct weekly project updates with each workstream leader, updating the consolidated project plan as necessary.
- Track project task completion and ensure adherence to the timeline, making adjustments as needed.
- Assist operations and other teams in transitioning from project mode to standard business operations, including developing transition and cutover strategies.

- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain and logistics.
- Demonstrated project management experience in a similar capacity, managing large-scale complex projects.
- Proficient in relevant project management methodologies and experienced with Microsoft Project planning tools.
- Results-oriented, pragmatic, and practical, capable of delivering amidst various challenges.
- Self-motivated, focused, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
