Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to take charge of an established client portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting and cross-selling a diverse range of products, including Financial Services, Risk Management Services, as well as Motor and Personal General Insurance offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and identifying the commercial insurance requirements of clients and providing guidance on suitable insurance solutions.
  • Conducting business transactions in compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Performing reviews of existing client policies through various communication channels, including email and phone interactions.
  • Cross-selling the comprehensive suite of products, encompassing financial services and risk management solutions.
  • Building a strong reputation within the organization for delivering effective insurance solutions to corporate clients.
  • Efficiently managing time to balance client reviews, preparatory work, and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working with High-Net-Worth clients is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing a demanding workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to decision-making.
