Marketing Account Manager

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Marketing Services team at Clarify. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the day-to-day activities and client servicing across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient service and campaign delivery.
- Support in the planning and delivery of digital demand, lead gen campaigns, and account-based marketing programmes across multiple channels.
- Drive sales growth through solid campaign management and delivering exceptional levels of client service.
- Manage client relationships, identifying and escalating issues, and liaising across teams to ensure commercial success.
- Oversee budget tracking and financial performance per account, reporting to the Account Director.
- Minimum of two years' marketing agency experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Exceptional project management skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and persuade clients on the best course of action.
- 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) and the option to buy up to 5 additional days.
