About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring seamless communication with customers and engineers, and promoting the benefits of our service agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, log issues, and schedule engineer visits to resolve problems.
  • Service Agreement Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our maintenance agreements to customers, highlighting the value of regular maintenance versus repair costs.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate engineer schedules, update electronic diaries, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and distribute maintenance contract proposals, follow up with customers to obtain signatures, and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
  • Local Residency: Must reside in the local area or be within commuting distance.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage diaries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
