Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to our luxurious spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in process
  • Show guests around the facilities, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Offer advice and guidance on spa treatments and products, making recommendations based on individual needs and preferences
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a high level of service and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Impeccable presentation and a professional, friendly manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products, with a willingness to learn and develop skills further
