We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Governance Officer to join our team at Insight Executive Group Limited.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Clinical Governance and Quality initiatives, working closely with the Director of Governance and other teams to drive service improvements.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Audit Support: Collaborate with services and the quality governance team to embed service improvements through clinical audit activity.
- Guideline Administration: Ensure the administration of clinical guidelines is up-to-date and effective.
- Project Development: Work with healthcare professionals to develop clinical audit projects, undertaking specific projects as required.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring systems to ensure timely responses to actions and present data to diverse audiences.
- Education and Experience: Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.
- Clinical Audit and Compliance: Previous experience in clinical audit, compliance, and delivering to deadlines.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Experience of analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to diverse audiences.
- Administrative and Governance Experience: Demonstrable recent administrative/Governance experience in a healthcare environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to develop and manipulate information in databases and/or spreadsheets.
- Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
