They are currently seeking a Senior Research Assistant to play a pivotal role in executing immunoassays, including ELISA and ECLIA, for pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) studies, along with various cell-based assays such as cytotoxicity assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of immunoassays and cell-based assays (including ELISA, ECLIA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, and screening assays).
  • Accurately document experimental findings in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and maintain the in-house database.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with various departments within the organization.
  • Support daily laboratory operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Cancer Sciences, Biological Sciences, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a regulated industrial setting (GLP/GCP) performing ELISA and/or cell-based assays on large biomolecules (such as proteins, antibodies, ADCs, monoclonal antibodies, and bispecific molecules).
  • A solid understanding of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and/or biomarker studies.
