Immunology Research Associate

BioTalent is collaborating with a prominent Biotech organization focused on pioneering biomolecule development aimed at cancer treatment. They are seeking a Senior Research Assistant whose main responsibilities will include performing immunoassays such as ELISA and ECLIA for pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) investigations, alongside conducting cell-based assays like cytotoxicity evaluations.
This role offers a remarkable opportunity for a detail-oriented research associate or laboratory technician looking to enhance their career within a passionate team of scientists dedicated to advancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will execute a variety of immunoassays and cell-based assays (including ELISA, ECLIA, ELISPOT, Flow Cytometry, Cytotoxicity, and Screening assays).
- Your duties will include meticulously documenting experimental findings in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and the internal database.
- Collaboration with various departments within the organization will be essential.
- You will support daily laboratory operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Cancer Sciences, Biological Sciences, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GCP) performing ELISA and/or Cell-Based Assays on large biomolecules (such as proteins, antibodies, ADCs, monoclonal antibodies, and bispecific molecules).
- A solid understanding of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and/or biomarker studies is required.
