The following information outlines the essential skills, attributes, and qualifications required for this position.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to become part of our Territory Sales Consultants team.
As representatives of our brand, you will be the initial point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our offerings to attract new clientele to Virgin Media O2.
While prior sales experience is not mandatory, we seek individuals who excel in a goal-oriented environment.
Regardless of the weather, you will engage with potential customers at their residences, introducing them to our innovative products and services.
We provide comprehensive training upon your arrival, equipping you to engage in meaningful conversations with customers from day one and preparing you for success.
Our working hours vary between 16 to 30 hours weekly for part-time roles and 37.5 hours weekly for full-time positions.
Training:
During your initial 3 weeks, you are required to be available at your designated office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, which includes a combination of self-directed learning and an in-office orientation with your manager for your detailed training journey.
(Please note that part-time employees must commit to this schedule for the first 3 weeks of their employment before transitioning to your agreed working hours).

Essential Requirements:- A valid UK driving licence with no more than 8 penalty points
- Individuals who enjoy outdoor activities
- A positive and determined mindset
- Self-motivation to achieve set sales targets, quick thinking when addressing objections, and resilience in the face of rejection
- A base salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- Uncapped commission potential - Our top performers earn between £60k - £70k annually (pro-rata for part-time employees)
- Company vehicle (for full-time employees) or car allowance (for part-time employees)
- 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off to celebrate (pro-rata).
