About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Shop Manager to join our team at Dorothy House in Warminster. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the shop floor, including stock control, visual merchandising, and display.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the shop's finances, including banking, administration, and stock control.
  • Participate in education, training, and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Good standard of Maths and English.
  • Strong team worker with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
