Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist the Regional Customer Hub in delivering outstanding service to our existing clientele.
Your role will include onboarding new clients and serving as the primary point of contact via phone and email, addressing general inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting account reviews as necessary.
Our goal is to ensure the best possible experience for all customers, keeping them informed, engaged, and fostering proactive relationships.
Qualifications:
