IntaPeople, a leader in the engineering sector, is currently seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the upkeep of high voltage apparatus and develop comprehensive high-voltage and low-voltage switching schematics. Your responsibilities will include managing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, maintaining high and low voltage main distribution networks (incorporating protection, Power Factor Correction, and Surge Protective Devices), as well as operating and commissioning building management systems.

You will be expected to engage confidently with senior management, generate weekly energy performance reports, and routinely update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule and document maintenance tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in BMS/SCADA systems
  • Solid understanding of operational components such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, pumps, and vacuum systems
  • Ability to interpret and create electrical and mechanical schematics (P&IDs and flow diagrams)
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems alongside electrical and control/instrumentation systems
  • Competence in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control systems
  • Familiarity with air conditioning systems and electrical compliance standards, with experience in facilities management or building services being advantageous
