In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing high voltage apparatus and developing both high-voltage and low-voltage switching schematics. Your responsibilities will encompass the maintenance of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, as well as the upkeep of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) main distribution networks, including protective measures, Power Factor Correction (PFC), and Surge Protective Devices (SPDs). Additionally, you will engage in the operation and commissioning of building management systems.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with senior management, generating weekly energy performance reports, and routinely updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule and document maintenance tasks.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of plant operational components such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, pumps, and vacuum systems
  • Ability to interpret and create electrical and mechanical schematics, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and flow diagrams
  • Solid grasp of pneumatic systems alongside electrical and control/instrumentation systems
  • Competence in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control systems
  • Familiarity with air conditioning systems and electrical standards, with experience in facilities management or building services being a plus

Joining IntaPeople means you will benefit from a commitment to your professional growth, including funded training and development opportunities up to master's level, an annual performance-based bonus, and access to on-site amenities such as a gym, dining facilities, and discounts on entertainment.

This full-time position requires a commitment to on-site presence during standard working hours.
