T2M Resourcing is seeking a Financial Management Specialist for a dynamic and expanding business services organization.


In this role, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive management accounts for various entities within the organization.

This position will require a strong emphasis on Excel, particularly concerning inventory management and the analysis of monthly activities against budgets, forecasts, and month-to-month discrepancies.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of complete management accounts for two distinct entities
  • Calculation and verification of monthly inventory valuations
  • Thorough investigation of inventory discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and collaboration with the business to mitigate recurrence.
  • Review of the Profit & Loss statements for activities conducted by others, seeking explanations for any discrepancies.
  • Provision of detailed analysis and information regarding revenue and cost variances
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations, accompanied by insightful analysis and commentary
  • Ensuring accurate divisional and group reporting and analysis.
To excel in this Financial Management Specialist role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Ideally a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years of management accounts experience in an industry setting. QBE and part-qualified candidates will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level or higher
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to question and, when necessary, challenge existing processes to promote continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt work in response to shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 is advantageous.
