We are seeking an experienced In-Plant Ink Manager to join our team at AYG GROUP LIMITED. This key role will be based onsite at one of our customer's facilities, where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth, high-quality ink operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Press Returns Management: Oversee the management of press returns and ensure proper housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Manage QC returns and maintain the highest quality standards in ink production.
- Process Color Production: Handle process color production, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels and replenish dispensers as needed.
- Production Planning: Coordinate production planning, ink issuing, and ink estimation to meet daily production goals.
- Color Management: Lead color management efforts, including color matching and quality control.
- Stock Level Management: Manage stock levels by coordinating deliveries and maintaining inventory records.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to ink management.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Printer or In-Plant Ink Technician is essential.
- Color-Matching Skills: Strong color-matching skills with knowledge of formulation practices is highly desirable.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and management abilities.
