About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Engagement Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of our Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP) at the University of the Arts London (UAL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the SAPP application and enrolment process, providing advice, guidance, and encouragement to students.
  • Support marketing and conversion activities to increase enrolment, working closely with the SAPP Senior Management Team.
  • Assist with the organization of events, including student orientation and welcome activities.
  • Liaise with students, course tutors, and other key College/University contacts to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Provide ad-hoc project and administrative support to the SAPP Senior Management Team during key periods.
About You

We are looking for a hard-working individual with a strong customer focus, previous experience of administering projects and delivering student advice within an academic environment. Experience of international education or work within this field is essential.

You will be educated to degree level or have relevant professional experience, with strong IT skills, including a high-level of competency in MS Office. You will be capable of working independently and without direct supervision, using your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to new or unique problems.
