The Role

UAL is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused administrator to support the delivery of our Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP). As a Student Engagement Administrator, you will be responsible for administering the programmes attended by SAPP students, providing advice, guidance, and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the SAPP application and enrolment process
  • Support marketing and conversion activities to increase enrolment
  • Assist with the organization of events
  • Liaise with students, course tutors, and other key College/University contacts
  • Provide ad-hoc project and administrative support to the SAPP Senior Management Team

About You

We are looking for a hard-working individual with a strong customer focus, previous experience of administering projects and delivering student advice within an academic environment, and experience of international education. You will possess strong IT skills, including a high-level of competency in MS Office, and be capable of working independently and without direct supervision.
