Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example and ensuring a friendly, courteous, and professional experience for all guests.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team of employees, driving them towards business objectives and fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, analyzing Mystery Diner reports and communicating feedback to the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing front-of-house operations.
  • Excellent English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during busy services and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
