We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deputy Event Operations Manager to join our team at Change Hospitality. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of all events, including team and house management, maintenance, health and safety, supplier management, and venue logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of events, including team and house management, maintenance, and health and safety.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and implement venue logistics plans to ensure efficient event setup and execution.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in event operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Full driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
