We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide a team of colleagues to provide exceptional quality service to the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of colleagues to deliver care that reflects best practices, legislative requirements, and our policies, procedures, and agreed standards.
  • Actively engage with and support individuals to learn, maintain skills, pursue personal interests, and provide unique person-centered care.
  • Play a vital role in updating and maintaining support plans to the required standard.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximize opportunities for the individuals we support.

Requirements:

  • Must have or be working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
