Job Description

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Evans Cycles. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right bicycles, accessories, and equipment to meet their cycling needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including bicycles, components, accessories, and clothing.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide guidance on product features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and reporting any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of bicycles and cycling equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed.
