Sales Assistant

Flannels is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury fashion destination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including current trends, styles, and features, to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Flannels' standards and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
