Sales Assistant Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting our store teams. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing warm welcomes, informed conversations, and personalized proposals to customers
  • Using our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Supporting store teams with engagement planning, monthly store meetings, and customer contact plans
  • Loading vans and planning delivery routes
  • Developing skills and encouraging colleagues to do so using our training tools

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure
