Sales Assistant Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. You'll work closely with our UK Sales Team and in-store colleagues to provide personalized service, maximize sales, and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Support the monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Load the van and plan delivery routes, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods.
- Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and with an eye for detail.
