About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales BDMs in achieving exceptional sales performance. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and mentoring high-performing Telesales Executives, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales targets and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to improve sales performance and team engagement
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and data-driven initiatives to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, agent contribution reviews, and conduct & behaviours reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales performance, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Competent user of salesforce and other sales tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Good understanding of Inbound and Outbound telephony/dialler systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
