Compensation: Competitive Day Rate

Meraki Talent Ltd is collaborating with a prominent Financial Services organization in Edinburgh to identify two Client Relationship Specialists for initial 12-month contracts.

Role Overview:

Each specialist will be tasked with ensuring exceptional client service delivery across distinct business segments:

  • Role 1: Focused on client service for the DC Platform & Solutions portfolio.
  • Role 2: Concentrated on client service for the DB pensions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong client service capabilities, emphasizing responsiveness, effective issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process enhancement, with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Demonstrate robust interpersonal skills, being a confident, approachable, and respectful individual with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, coupled with a keen interest in problem-solving and a proactive approach to achieving positive outcomes.
  • Be accountable, motivated, diligent, and results-oriented.
  • Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Show a desire to be an exceptional team player, capable of quickly integrating and building rapport.
  • Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with proficient IT skills.
