Fleet Support Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Fleet Support Executive to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality customer service and support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing fleet and warranty enquiries, working closely with our operations network and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Manage fleet and warranty bookings, confirmations, and resolutions in line with agreed processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting of key information, identifying trends and working with technical and product teams to find solutions.
  • Effectively manage fleet and warranty complaints and escalations, presenting a confident and professional approach.
  • Support Business Development Managers and liaise with Autocentre Managers and Regional Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and remedy issues.
  • Provide general departmental and administrative support to the fleet and customer service team.
