Quality Assurance Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Officer. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical quality assurance services to the aseptic unit in accordance with current licensing regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and where appropriate, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing quality assurance services to the aseptic unit, including acting in the supervisor's absence in certain QA matters.
  2. Supporting the operational needs of the department, including acting in the supervisor's absence in certain QA matters.
  3. Supporting the Quality Assurance Lead and Higher-Level Pharmacy Technician by acting in their absence in certain QA matters.
  4. Undertaking further education and training to advance the role of quality assurance within the department.
  5. Supporting the work of the pharmacy aseptic unit in the provision of an extended hours service.
