Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that supplier quality standards are met, facilitating supplier root cause analysis, and managing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure supplier quality standards are met through regular audits and assessments.
  2. Facilitate supplier root cause analysis and manage corrective actions to prevent future non-conformances.
  3. Effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
  4. Support the senior quality engineer in their absence and act as point of contact for suppliers.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably qualified to HNC (or similar level) in an engineering or associated discipline.
  2. Demonstrable experience gained within a Quality Engineer role.
  3. Working knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes.
  4. Competent in MS Office packages.

What We Offer:

Up to £40,000 PA (Depending on experience) + Competitive Benefits.

Average of 37 Hours per week over two weeks (Hours of work: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays).
