About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Library Manager. As a key member of our library team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing library operations, and developing community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to library users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage library operations, including supervising staff, coordinating events, and maintaining library collections.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a library or public service setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
