We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Library Manager. As a key member of our library team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing library operations, and contributing to the development of our library services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Group Library Manager in ensuring the library operates to the highest standards of customer service
- Work with the library team to expand the library offer and increase customer and stakeholder engagement
- Support the cluster sites in Chinnor, Wheatley, and Watlington
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including organizing library material and information
- Deliver events and activities for library users
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and committed individual who enjoys working with people from all backgrounds in a demanding but exciting customer service role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
