Support Specialist

Salary: £26,460 + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews

Role Overview - This position necessitates access to transportation due to the requirement for regular travel.

In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to individuals under community supervision and those transitioning back into society. Your responsibilities will include evaluating safety concerns, coordinating interventions, and facilitating recovery through guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a diverse caseload, including individuals with significant needs
  • Implementing one-on-one and group support sessions and skills development
  • Conducting initial evaluations, formulating action plans, monitoring progress, and liaising with community resources
  • Delivering services across various locations, including community centers and local offices

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals facing challenges, particularly those with complex requirements
  • Proven case management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients and their expectations
