Key Responsibilities- Manage customer enquiries and requests effectively and efficiently
- Deliver customer correspondence within agreed company frameworks, timescales, and deadlines
- Empathise with customers and handle objections and queries confidently to allay any concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with regulatory requirements on all matters
- Adhere to processes and procedures for all service-related matters and escalate upwards as appropriate
- Contribute towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the business
- Administer organisational claims process
- Previous phone-based customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication and great listening skills
- Great attention to detail, those little details do really matter
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Competitive starting salary of £27,500 with the ability to increase to £30,000 after successful completion of probation
