Job Title: Customer Portfolio Manager

About the role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within a specific geographic area to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Meet quarterly revenue targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure continued business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Increase product line offerings to existing customers by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Log all customer interactions in a CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales channels for seamless handovers and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Assist with yield management projects to improve margins and optimize business operations.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and present complex data.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Competency with operating systems and IT systems to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Knowledge of DHL eCommerce UK Limited's product offerings and safety protocols to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Full UK Driving Licence to facilitate travel and meetings with customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong customer management skills to drive growth and revenue.
