About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rotational position. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including acute inpatient wards, outpatient departments, and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, complex care, frailty, and rheumatology.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote occupational performance and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective discharge planning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services and policies.
Requirements
  • Active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a rotational or similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
