About the Role

IQVIA Argentina is seeking an experienced Associate Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our Global Technology and Operations (GTO) organization, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering internal communication strategies to educate and inform all IQVIA employees about GTO services and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand required communications support and develop effective communication plans to increase understanding of GTO services and initiatives.
  • Support change management within the new organization by developing and implementing communications plans to enhance the employee experience of GTO colleagues.
  • Plan, design content, and manage Town Halls and information sharing meetings within GTO to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Launch a podcast series to introduce the new GTO leadership team to the organization and reinforce GTO messages through storytelling and content on IQVIA's internal social media platform.
  • Develop self-serve communications tools, such as branded email templates and communications best practices, to help GTO leaders draft their own communications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field and 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience and interest in a variety of communications disciplines, including internal communications, social media, and change management communications.
  • Understanding of communication strategy and ability to tailor content based on audience, message, medium, timeliness, and call to action.
  • Ability to work one-on-one with business leaders and partners on internal communications projects and provide communications advice and execution support throughout the process.
  • Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines.
