Estimator | London | up to £70,000 | Main Contractor

An established, successful main contractor, with multiple regional offices across the UK, are seeking multiple new candidates to continue their recent successes.

With tenders won leading into 2025, they are now looking for an Estimator to initially support multiple tenders on major, landmark projects on a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts).

In your role as Estimator, you will be supporting a Pre-Construction team led by a Pre-Construction Director and Managing Estimators, offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Estimators within the team, tendering for projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses.

If you are successful in your application, as Estimator you will become an integral member of a dynamic Pre-Construction team within a company that offers a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high-value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more Senior role.
